1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plutocratic Ventures website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Plutocratic Ventures provides private capital advisory services, including transaction structuring, preparation of investor materials, and capital partner introductions for business acquisitions, commercial real estate, trade finance, and project finance transactions.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available only to:

Businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old
Post-revenue companies and qualified professional investors
Entities with legal capacity to enter binding agreements

4. Fees and Payment

Validation Fee: A non-refundable $500 validation fee is required upon submission of your opportunity.

Retainer Fee: Upon acceptance of an engagement letter, a retainer fee is payable as specified therein.

Success Fee: A success fee may be payable upon successful closing, as detailed in your engagement letter.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an opportunity and paying fees does not guarantee funding success. We provide advisory services and facilitate capital introductions, but final funding decisions are made by third-party capital providers based on their own evaluation criteria.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Promptly respond to information requests
Notify us of any material changes to your transaction
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Confidentiality

We treat your information confidentially and share it only with vetted capital partners under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. You agree to keep confidential any terms, conditions, or proprietary information we share with you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutocratic Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any failure to obtain financing.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plutocratic Ventures from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or any misrepresentation in information you provide.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
