General Questions

What does Plutocratic Ventures do?

Plutocratic Ventures is a private capital advisory firm specializing in business acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions. We help entrepreneurs and investors structure their opportunities, prepare investor-ready packages, and connect with institutional capital partners. Our services span business acquisitions, commercial real estate, trade finance, and project finance.

What types of transactions do you support?

We support a range of capital-intensive transactions including: leveraged buyouts and business acquisitions, commercial real estate acquisitions and development, bridge and refinance financing, trade finance and working capital solutions, and infrastructure and energy project finance. Transaction sizes typically range from $500,000 to $50 million and above.

Who are your typical clients?

Our clients include search fund operators and independent sponsors, private equity firms and family offices, real estate developers and investors, corporate acquirers and strategic buyers, and trading companies requiring working capital. We work exclusively with post-revenue businesses and qualified professional investors.

Process & Timeline

What is the engagement process?

Our process follows these steps: 1) Submit your opportunity through our online form with key details about your transaction. 2) Pay the $500 validation fee to cover initial administrative review. 3) Receive a tailored proposal and engagement letter within 1-3 business days. 4) Review and countersign the engagement letter. 5) Pay the retainer fee as specified. 6) We prepare your materials and begin capital outreach. 7) Connect with matched capital partners through closing.

How long does it take to secure financing?

Timeline varies based on transaction complexity, deal readiness, and capital partner processes. Generally, once engaged, we can begin capital introductions within 2-4 weeks. The closing timeline depends on lender due diligence and approval processes, typically 30-90 days from term sheet to close. We work to align our process with your transaction timeline.

What documentation do I need to provide?

Required documentation typically includes: historical financial statements (3 years), business plan or financial model, quality of earnings report (if available), rent rolls for real estate transactions, purchase agreement or LOI, personal financial statements for sponsors, and any existing valuation reports. Our team will guide you on specific requirements for your transaction type.

Fees & Costs

What is the $500 validation fee?

The validation fee is a non-refundable administrative charge that covers our initial review of your submission, verification of deal viability, and preparation of a tailored proposal. This ensures we only engage with serious, qualified opportunities and can allocate resources appropriately. Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

What is included in the retainer fee?

The retainer fee covers our advisory services including: transaction structuring and optimization, preparation of investor-ready materials, capital partner identification and outreach, management of the capital raise process, negotiation support and closing assistance. The specific retainer amount is detailed in your engagement letter based on transaction size and complexity.

Are there success fees?

Yes, in addition to the retainer, we typically earn a success fee upon successful closing of your transaction. The success fee structure is outlined in your engagement letter and is typically calculated as a percentage of capital raised. This aligns our interests with your success—we only earn the full fee when you achieve your capital objectives.

Guarantees & Expectations

Do you guarantee funding?

No. Submission of your opportunity and payment of fees does not guarantee funding success. Financing outcomes depend on deal quality, market conditions, capital partner appetite, and successful completion of due diligence. We commit to professional representation and diligent capital outreach, but final funding decisions rest with the capital providers we introduce.

What if my deal doesn't close?

If your transaction does not close, the validation fee and retainer are not refundable as they cover advisory services already rendered. However, the success fee is only earned upon successful closing. We work diligently to maximize your chances of success and will provide feedback if we identify issues that may impact fundability.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, absolutely. All information you provide is treated with strict confidentiality. We share your transaction details only with vetted capital partners who have signed appropriate confidentiality agreements. Your business information is never used for purposes other than evaluating and facilitating your capital raise.
